Set Ebike box upright,  remove strapping, cut open along top edge.

Open box to expose bike.

Pull bike out of box

Remove this box, enclosed are the pedals and charger.

Cut the zip ties, and remove plastic wrapping.

Set bike on table top or work bench.

Cut zip ties holding handlebar assembly.

Let handlebar assembly hang down in front of forks.

Remove battery bottle keys, and keep in a safe place.

Remove four  handlebar mount allenheads with No. 4 allen wrench.

  

Install the handlebars, tighten only snugly, you will make final adjustment after.

Install the seat, tighten only snugly with a No. 5 allen wrench.  

  

Your battery has an on/off switch, - is on, o is off. If you remove your battery from your bike,  you need to unscrew the connection.

Tighten the four controller box screws snugly.

Turn bike over onto the seat and handlebars.

  

Install the front wheel, with the tire pattern going the same way as the rear tire. Make sure the washer is on the outside of the fork, and tighten the bullet nuts  firmly. Tighten with a 15mm wrench.

Remove battery charger and pedals from box.

  

Each pedal is marked L for left side, R for right side.

Install and tighten pedals with a 15mm wrench. Left pedal tightens Counter Clock Wise,right pedal tightens Clock Wise.

Tighten handlebar stem with a No. 5 allen wrench.

Adjust handlebars to comfortable position, and tighten allen heads snugly with a No. 4 allenhead wrench.

Inflate the tires to 65 PSI

  

Tighten handlebar stem allenheads with No. 5 allen wrench.

Turn on bike by depressing power button.
