E-Glide SS Disc Brake Adjustment and Troubleshooting

The Shimano disc brake on your new bike has been adjusted before shipping, and should not need adjustment. Following are instructions if you need to adjust your disc brake pads.

For the moving, outside brake pad, use barrel nut on brake level.

For the moving, outside brake pad, use barrel nut on brake level.

For the inside stationary pad,  look for 5mm adjustment bolt, on inside of brake, which adjusts the stationary brake pad.

For the inside stationary pad, look for 5mm adjustment bolt, on inside of brake, which adjusts the stationary brake pad.

Too adjust turn one click at a time. Adjust either inward or outward.
