E-Glide ST ebike assembly instructions

The assembly of your S/T is easier than assembling a regular bicycle, simply because it has already been assembled, tuned and dialed in, road tested, and repackaged. The steps it will take to get your S/T on the road are quick, simple, and easy. Anyone who follows these instructions can do it. All adjustments to derailleur, brakes , etc. have been made. You will need a 4mm and 5mm allen wrench, 15mm open end wrench and a bicycle pump with a Schrader valve attachment.

1. Set Ebike box upright, remove strapping, cut open along top edge, exposing the bike, being careful of the sharp staples.

12. Gently insert wheel into fork . Carefully slide the disc brake rotor into the disc brake pads. Make sure wheel is on fork as far as it will go. Tighten the locknut, until the quick release fully tightens the axle onto the fork. You want the quick release to close snugly, but you don’t want to overtighten it. You don’t want to have to “muscle” the quick release to close it, should close firmly, but without excessive force.
